Ingredients
- 1 full corn
- 1 gajar(Carrot)
- 1/4 Dudhi
- ½ cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 4 to 5 beans
- 11/2 tbs cornflour
- 1 big spoon butter
- ½ tbs finely grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp finely grated ginger
- Salt to taste
- Little sugar
- Few dhania patta(Coriander leaves)
- Simla mirchi(Capsicum)
- Black pepper powder
Method of preparation
1.Cut all
the vegetables into big round shapes or square shapes according to your choice.
2.Boil all vegetables (Carrot+Dudhi+Tomato+Cucumber+beans+full
corn breaking into two halves) together. You can give one whistle in the cooker
which will cook vegetables quickly.
3.Keep the
boiled vegetables aside to
completely cool down.
4.Remove
corn seeds and keep those separately in a plate.
5.Grind the remaining vegetables.

6.Take 1
spoon of refined oil. Add finely chopped capsicum+ grated garlic and ginger.
7.Roast
for 1/2 minute.
8. Add 3 to 4
cups of water +salt+little sugar+butter+Grinded vegetables+coriander leaves+Little
black pepper powder.
9.When it
comes to boil, Add corn seeds and the mixture of little cold water+cornflour.
10.Serve immediately
with vinegar(optional).
