Ingredients:
- Raw green mango-1 medium sized
- Roasted jirra powder-1/4 tsp
- Black salt- ¼ tsp
- Sugar –as required
- Mint leaves- 5 or 6 (optional)
- Ice cubes- as required
Method of Preparation (10 mins)
- Boil the mango in a cooker.
- Cool and remove the cover and collect the pulp.
- Grind the pulp+ 1 cup water+sugar+mint leaves.
- Add more water + Black salt+Roasted Jirra powder+Ice cubes
- serve chilled

Note:1 medium sizes mango will give 3 big glasses of sarbat.
