Ingredients:
- 4 brinjals
- 1 big tomato (very small cuts)
- 2 big onions(very small cuts)
- Pea nuts.(saute and half grind )
- salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder , garam masala,
Preparation
Give four side top cut to the brinjals . put little salt over them and keep
aside for soaking.
Then prepare the stuffing with all the above ingredients.
After 5 mins stuff
those mixture inside each brinjal.
Take 4 spoons of oil in a karai. Put those stuffed brinjals
inside and cover it for 10 mins in very slow flame.
When it is done you can serve with rice or roti.
