Egg jhol
Ingredient
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut grate.
- Pinch of turmeric
powder
- 1 and 1/2mediuml
onions
- Little fennel (Badi saunf)
- Pinch of chilly
powder
- Few curry leaves
- Little mustard
- 1 dry chilli
- veg
oil
- salt
- Hot water
- Egg masala powder
- 1 small tomato
Method of preparation:
- Boil the eggs. Peel off
the cover and keep those separate.
- Make a paste of coconut +Tomato+ turmeric powder+ fennel seed,+
chilli powder+ 1 medium onion+ egg masala powder.
- Take 1 spoon of oil in a karei . Put little mustard .When it crackles put dry chilly+ few onion cutting +curry leaves
- When it is done properly add the above paste+hot water+salt+eggs.
- Heat in low flame for 1
min.
- Egg jhol is ready to
serve.(Do not heat the mixture for more time)
